Terms of service
Terms of Service
Introduction
These terms govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
Access and your account
You must be at least eighteen years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping account details secure and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that breach these terms.
Placing an order
When you place an order we send an email acknowledgement to confirm receipt. A contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order for reasonable reasons, for example stock limits, payment issues or an error in price or description.
Personalisation and approvals
We usually make personalised items directly from the details you enter at checkout. Digital proofs are not sent as standard. At our discretion we may provide a proof if we believe it is necessary. If we request approval, production will start after you approve and dispatch may move accordingly.
Please check all personalisation details with care, including spelling, initials and dates. We engrave exactly as entered. Our team may make minor layout or typographic adjustments to achieve the best engraved result while keeping your requested content unchanged.
If you upload designs or other content you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe the rights of any other person. You grant us a licence to use that content to make and deliver your order and to keep records for quality and legal purposes. We may refuse content that is unlawful or offensive.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payments are processed by secure payment providers. We do not store full card details.
Delivery
Delivery options and estimated timeframes are shown on our Delivery and Shipping page. Timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. We will update you by email with tracking details. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
If you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within fourteen days of delivery. This right does not apply to items that are made to your specification or that are clearly personalised, except where the item is faulty. For items that are not personalised you must tell us within fourteen days of delivery and return the item in unused condition within fourteen days of telling us. Refunds are made to the original payment method when we receive the item. This does not affect your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed items.
Faulty items
We take care to ensure quality. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us with photos and your order number. Where a fault is confirmed we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Promotions, discount codes and gift cards
Promotions and codes are subject to the stated terms, time limits and availability. Only one code may be used per order unless we state otherwise. Gift cards are valid for the period stated at purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may cancel promotions that have been misused or applied due to an error.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce or use our content without permission.
Your content
You are responsible for content you submit, including designs for engraving. You confirm you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe any third party rights. You grant us a limited licence to use the content to process and fulfil your order and to store it for legal and quality purposes. We may remove or reject content that breaches these terms or that is unlawful or offensive.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or any activity that disrupts the site or other users. You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Third party services and links
We may link to third party sites or use third party services for payments and delivery tracking. We are not responsible for third party content or services and you should read their terms and privacy notices. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online store platform we use to sell our products.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for events outside our control.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform where caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
Colours and presentation
We take care to present products as accurately as possible. However, colours, finishes and engraving contrast may appear slightly different on screen due to variations in device settings, lighting and display quality. Small differences in tone or appearance are not considered faults.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the latest version. If we make material changes that affect existing orders we will let you know by email where possible.
Privacy and cookies
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can read these policies on our website.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Online dispute resolution
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you can use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
